Eromex Industri AB ("we") operates the ZEQIO platform and the TOOLWATCH product. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and what rights you have under the GDPR.
Who we are
Eromex Industri AB, Stora Ritorp, 15252 Södertälje, Sweden, is the controller for personal data processed through the ZEQIO website and, where applicable, the ZEQIO platform. You can reach us at info@zeqio.se.
What we collect
Contact details you submit through our forms (name, work email, company, role, phone, country and message content), technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, and — for platform customers — the user account data required to operate the service. We do not collect special categories of personal data.
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry and provide requested information (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps), to operate and secure the ZEQIO platform (contract performance), to improve our website and products (legitimate interest), and to comply with legal obligations such as accounting requirements.
Production data
Machine, mold and sensor data collected through ZEQIO Edge devices belongs to the customer. It is processed by us as a data processor under the customer agreement, is not sold or shared with third parties, and can be exported in open formats at any time.
Cookies
The website uses strictly necessary cookies for language preference and session handling. Analytics cookies are only set with consent and can be withdrawn at any time in your browser settings.
Sharing and transfers
We share personal data only with processors that support our operations — hosting, email and CRM providers — under data processing agreements. Data is hosted within the EU/EEA. Any transfer outside the EEA relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Customer account and production data is retained for the duration of the agreement plus the statutory retention periods that apply to us.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact info@zeqio.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Security
We apply TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access control, signed device firmware and continuous monitoring. Security incidents affecting personal data are handled according to our incident response procedure and reported as required by law.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date.
